We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist for a Series A funded D2C Brand.
Own and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns with a focus on ROAS, CPA, and LTV metrics.Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor benchmarking.Continuously A/B test creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.Collaborate with creative and product teams to develop high-performing ad assets.Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices in digital advertising.Manage and scale advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring profitableacquisition.
4+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically with Google and Meta platforms.
Proven success in driving growth for D2C or eCommerce brands.Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager, including advanced tracking and audience segmentation.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and attribution modelling.Experience with conversion rate optimization and funnel analysis.Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, or similar analytics/reporting tools.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
