We are seeking a highly motivated, data-centric Performance Marketing & Growth Analyst to join our lean and agile Growth team in Bengaluru. This is a critical role for an ambitious individual with 14 years of experience who is passionate about identifying, executing, and scaling user acquisition opportunities.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of paid marketing
campaigns while simultaneously driving rapid experimentation to uncover new growth vectors.
Your primary focus will be to drive relevant user acquisition (App & Web) for the US Market,
specifically within the Math, Language, and Music categories.
The ideal candidate blends the technical expertise of a performance marketer with the
experimental mindset of a growth analyst. Work Environment & Schedule
Omnichannel Campaigns: Develop, launch, and manage end-to-end paid
campaigns on Google Ads (Search, YouTube, UAC), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other Ad platforms for the USA market
Lead Generation: Design strategies to drive high-intent leads and quality app installs, optimizing towards target Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Budget Management: Effectively allocate and manage budgets across channels to maximize ROI and achieve aggressive monthly growth targets.
Identify New Opportunities: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to
validate novel acquisition channels outside of existing frameworks (e.g., untapped social platforms, partnerships, or viral loops). Pilot Initiatives: Design and execute pilot programs for new channels, setting clear success metrics (OKRs) to determine if they should be scaled or sunsetted.
Audit & Efficiency: Deeply analyze conversion funnels for core channels to identify
friction areas and drop-off points.
CRO Strategy: Manage a continuous Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
roadmap for landing pages and in-app user journeys to improve LTV/CAC ratios.
A/B Testing: Build and prioritize a robust experimentation backlog across ad
creatives, copy, audience targeting, and landing page flows.
Meticulous Documentation: Utilize testing tools to execute bias-free experiments and maintain detailed records of hypotheses and learned insights.
Infrastructure Ownership: Ensure accurate tracking across all initiatives using
GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Apps Flyer
Insight Generation: Establish growth dashboards and provide weekly reports on
KPIs such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS, surfacing non-obvious opportunities for scaling. Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Experience in the driving demand for marketplace platforms. 2. Familiarity with ASO (App Store Optimization). 3. Familiarity with UAC and Reddit/Linkedin Ads is a plus. 4. Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS, or Python for data analysis.
