Job Overview: We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our International team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through inbound lead outreach and by organizing demos for prospective clients. Job Title: Business Development Executive - International Markets Job Type: Full-Time Location: Wiingy Office, HSR Bengaluru CTC: 6 LPA ( Fixed 4.2L + Allowance 0.5L + Incentive 1.3L) Work timings: Applicant needs to be flexible to work as per US/Australia/UK timings What You Will Do: Inbound Lead Outreach: Engage with inbound leads through email, calls, and social media, working to convert inquiries into actionable opportunities. Conduct follow-up communication to ensure timely and successful lead conversion. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria and outreach strategies. Organize and Conduct Demos: Schedule and conduct product demos with prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our services. Develop customized demo presentations tailored to the specific needs of each client and their business. Provide valuable feedback from demos to the product and marketing teams to improve the sales process and customer experience. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with inbound leads to increase customer retention and satisfaction. Serve as a point of contact for new clients, assisting them throughout the early stages of their journey with our company. Sales Process Support: Assist in the management of the sales pipeline by tracking progress and setting appointments. Provide regular updates to the sales manager regarding progress, lead quality, and any potential roadblocks. Help develop and improve sales scripts, presentations, and other resources to ensure a smooth and successful sales process. Market Research and Lead Generation: Conduct research on target industries and potential leads to identify new business opportunities. Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with market trends and needs. Reporting and Analysis: Track the success of outreach efforts, demo conversions, and sales pipeline health. Prepare regular reports detailing outreach results, conversion rates, and any feedback to improve future efforts. What You Should Have: Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective outreach, demo presentations, and relationship management. Comfortable with initiating conversations, managing client expectations, and presenting ideas clearly and persuasively. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Relevant coursework or prior experience in business development, sales, or marketing is a plus. Sales Experience: 1+ years of prior experience with sales, lead generation, or business development is preferred. Ability to manage a sales pipeline and convert leads into opportunities. Goal-Oriented and Self-Motivate d: Ability to stay focused and motivated in a target-driven role. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and demos effectively. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, scheduling software, and basic analytics tools. Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and other sales software is a plus. Adaptability: Eager to learn, grow, and adapt to the fast-paced and dynamic environment of a rapidly growing business. Comfortable with taking feedback and making adjustments to improve results.
