Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in running and optimizing paid marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for executing digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and others with a strong focus on driving conversions and delivering measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign structuring to maximize effectiveness.
  • Continuously analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Implement A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and reporting dashboards.
  • Assist in managing monthly ad budgets and ensuring campaigns stay within the allocated spend.
  • Suggest new growth strategies and stay current with trends in digital advertising and industry best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media management.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics, UTM tracking, and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or Google Tag Manager.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) or CRM systems.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
