Job Description

Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across
Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution: audience targeting, budget allocation, bid management, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate) and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with creative, SEO, and content teams to ensure ad messaging and landing pages drive conversions.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to maximize ROI.
Stay updated on industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
Manage ad spend efficiently to achieve monthly and quarterly performance goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2–4 years
of experience in performance marketing or paid media management (agency experience preferred).
Hands-on experience with
Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like
Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Sheets
.
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel tracking.
Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
