Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize

    Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns

    for lead generation & sales.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR) are consistently met.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience targeting, and ad placements.
  • Analyze data and generate insightful reports for clients.
  • Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Requirements
  • 34 years of hands-on experience managing

    Meta Ads campaigns

  • Strong knowledge of campaign structures, audience segmentation, and tracking.
  • Experience in generating

    qualified leads & driving e-commerce sales

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication & client management skills.
