We cater to both end-customers and boutique resellers. We're now hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive consistent online sales and take our digital presence to the next level. Who We’re Looking For We need a result-oriented digital marketer who not only understands performance metrics and ad platforms but also connects with Indian women’s fashion trends . This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow fast, take ownership, and possibly evolve into a long-term leadership role. Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising & Campaign Execution Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube Execute A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget control to improve ROI and conversions Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust strategies in real-time Run campaigns for both direct buyers and boutique resellers Social Media & Creative Strategy Work on social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts , and Pinterest Edit creatives using tools like CapCut, Canva, VN , etc., to improve ad performance Understand fashion preferences of Indian women and align creative output accordingly Analytics & Reporting Track campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Sales) and build actionable reports Analyze what's working and where to pivot for better campaign results Share insights with the team weekly and monthly Collaboration & Growth Alignment Coordinate with content creator for product drops. Contribute campaign ideas for both online traffic and offline pop-up sales Stay updated on marketing trends, fashion content, and consumer behavior Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years experience in digital performance marketing Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads , and analytics tools Proficient in content editing tools (Canva, CapCut, VN, etc.) Strong analytical mindset with ability to optimize ROI Understanding of fashion retail or e-commerce preferred Self-driven, accountable, and results-focused Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹10,000/month Incentive: Performance-based , up to 10% of sales — based on ROI, consistency, conversion rates, and ad efficiency The better your campaigns perform, the higher your earnings. Responsibilities Growth & Marketing (Outcome Driven) Launch, scale, and optimize Meta (FB/IG) and Google Ads for revenue and high ROAS. Own the full ad funnel from campaign creation to final purchase and constantly optimize to lower CAC. Run weekly A/B tests for creatives, targeting, placements, hooks, and offers to increase CTR and reduce CPA. Build, analyze, and improve performance funnels using ROAS, AOV, LTV, and conversion metrics. Identify opportunities to scale Advantage+, retargeting, and segmented prospecting campaigns. Technical & Tracking (Coding) Implement Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API (CAPI), GA4, and GTM-based event tracking with complete deduplication. Write, modify, and debug tracking scripts in Shopify Liquid and JavaScript for ViewContent, AddToCart, Purchase events, etc. Customize Shopify themes (Dawn/OS 2.0) to inject event IDs, external IDs, and schema without layout issues.
