Present design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders, receiving feedback and incorporating changes as needed. Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Relevant work experience and a strong portfolio may be accepted in lieu of a degree. Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on both digital and print design. Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite ( Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro .), and knowledge of other relevant tools. Strong understanding of design principles, layout, colour theory, typography, and composition. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and present design concepts to stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking constructive criticism positively and making appropriate design adjustments. Knowledge of web design principles, user experience (UX), and responsive design is a plus. Experience in motion graphics, video editing , or illustration may be an added advantage.
