Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated Back Office Executive to join our team. In this position, you'll be responsible for managing data, handling incoming mail, ensuring timely follow-ups, and expertly managing inbound queries.

Responsibilities:

Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain various databases and records.
Mail Management: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting, distributing, and preparing mail.
Follow-up Coordination: Proactively follow up on pending tasks, inquiries, and other operational requirements to ensure timely completion.
Inbound Query Management: Efficiently respond to and resolve inbound queries from clients, customers, or internal teams via phone, email, or chat.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accessible physical and digital files.

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Decent communication (verbal and written)
