Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing CRM strategies, and using CRM software to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and handling customer inquiries and issues. The role also involves project management duties to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and meet the set objectives.
