Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads . Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms. Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies to meet performance goals (CPA, ROAS, CPL, etc.). Monitor and report campaign performance regularly using tools like CRM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Analyze key performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve ROI. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience sets. Work closely with design, content, and web development teams to ensure alignment between ads and landing page experience. Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend and pacing throughout the month. Stay updated on platform changes, new features, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads. Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns with positive ROI. Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPM, etc.) and funnel performance. Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and data interpretation. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, SEMrush, or similar will be a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate campaign data into clear insights and recommendations. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. Experience in customer-facing roles (customer success, consulting, implementation).
