About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, enhancing brand visibility, and acquiring high-quality leads through data-driven campaign strategies. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive business growth and brand awareness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams —including design, content, and product teams—to ensure timely execution and alignment of all campaign elements. Assist in the development of creatives, ad content, and promotional materials in coordination with the creative and product teams. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating regular reports to evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and extract actionable insights. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials to reinforce a strong and cohesive brand identity. Requirements & Skills 2–4 years of proven experience in digital and social media marketing . Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads , and LinkedIn Ads . Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. A blend of analytical and creative thinking to strategize and optimize campaigns. Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate marketing strategies and results. Experience in the events industry is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications (a plus but not mandatory). Show more Show less
