About us: BotLab Dynamics is an innovative Drone start-up preparing to launch our flagship products through major e-commerce platforms. To support smooth operations, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to handle daily tasks such as order processing, dispatch, tracking, packaging, and labeling. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce store. Print shipping labels and ensure accurate order packaging. Coordinate with courier partners for timely dispatch and pickup. Track shipments and update order status on platforms. Maintain inventory records and notify management of stock levels. Ensure proper packaging standards are met to avoid damage in transit. Handle return orders and maintain documentation. Assist in basic store-related tasks and coordination with warehouse/logistics teams. Requirements: 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline. Must have 2 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in e-commerce or warehouse/store operations is a plus. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, printing). Attention to detail and responsibility in handling packages. Preferred: Experience with Amazon/Flipkart/Seller Central dashboards. Understanding of inventory software or logistics processes.
