Performance Marketing Specialist

If you live for ROAS, know your way around Meta dashboards like the back of your hand, and understand the power of storytelling and segmentation — we want you on our team. What You’ll Do: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, etc. Monitor key performance metrics and regularly report on ROI, CAC, LTV, and CPA Run A/B tests to improve creatives, targeting, landing pages, and copy Collaborate with design and content teams to align campaign messaging Suggest and implement data-backed strategies to scale performance Stay up-to-date with digital trends, algorithm changes, and ad tools You Should Have: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (fashion, lifestyle, beauty brands preferred) Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with strong ROAS Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and email/SMS marketing tools Strong analytical skills — you can slice and dice data to find the story Creative chops to guide ad visuals and messaging when needed A proactive, test-and-learn attitude Bonus Points If You: Have experience with influencer-led or content-driven campaigns Are familiar with Shopify or other DTC platforms Have dabbled in organic strategy and know how to bridge paid + organic seamlessly Why Join Us: Work with a brand that values creativity and conversion Be part of a lean, driven, creative team Plenty of room to experiment and own performance Great energy, growth opportunities, and no boring ads (we promise) Show more Show less
