What you’ll do:

• Own sales & marketing strategy across D2C website + marketplaces

• Independently run performance marketing campaigns end-to-end (Meta, Google, YouTube, affiliates, etc.)

• Manage all growth metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, AOV, conversion rate
• Drive organic traffic through SEO & content strategy
• Manage marketplaces: merchandising, promotions & catalog optimization
• Build brand presence via creative campaigns, influencers & content
• Experiment with emerging sales channels and new growth opportunities

What we’re looking for:

• 6–8 years of experience in D2C / e-commerce sales & marketing

• Hands-on expertise in performance marketing — able to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns without agency dependence

• Strong analytical mindset with proven results in scaling revenue
• Balance of strategic thinking + execution skills
• Prior experience in fashion/lifestyle D2C brands is a plus
