Performance Marketing Specialist (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, YouTube Ads)

Singapore’s leading Indian weddings and events group, providing services across catering, décor, photography, and event management.

Work Schedule:

Full-Time, Remote (Tuesday to Sunday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Singapore Time)

(Equivalent to 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM India Time)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across all major digital platforms. The goal is to drive lead generation, improve return on ad spend (ROAS), and convert high-quality traffic into real customers for our wedding and catering businesses.

The ideal candidate is results-oriented, analytical, and capable of independently managing multiple ad accounts and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Develop strategies to improve lead generation and conversions for events and catering services.
  • Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking systems.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvement plans.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad copies, visuals, and videos.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Research new digital channels, tools, and audience strategies to scale campaigns.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and YouTube Ads.
  • Proven success in driving conversions and lowering cost per lead.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and ad performance dashboards.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Tamil proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Independent, reliable, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
