Online Sales Executive

Job Title:
Catering Sales & Client Relations Executive (WhatsApp, Calls & Corporate Outreach)

Location: Remote (India-based)
Industry: Weddings, Events & Catering Services
Work Schedule: 6 days per week, shifts between 8 AM – 12 AM Singapore time

Job Responsibilities

• Client Response & Follow-Up
• Respond promptly to all WhatsApp inquiries from catering customers.
• Follow up with old clients to encourage repeat orders.
• Call prospective customers and corporate clients for new business.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards to build loyalty.
• Corporate Sales & Outreach
• Email and call corporate companies to introduce catering packages.
• Build relationships with HR, Admin, and Event Managers.
• Open new accounts and push for bulk and recurring orders.
• Sales & Revenue Growth
• Achieve and exceed sales KPIs:
• Month 1: $50,000 SGD
• Month 2: $70,000 SGD
• Month 3: $90,000 SGD
• Ongoing: Grow month-on-month revenue.
• Upsell additional services (wedding, decoration, photography, etc.).
• Admin & Documentation
• Create quotations and proposals in Zoho CRM.
• Prepare invoices accurately and track payments.
• Maintain updated client database, sales pipeline, and reports.

Requirements

• 2–4 years’ proven experience in sales, telesales, or business development (F&B, catering, or events industry preferred).
• Strong communication skills — English required, Tamil preferred.
• Proactive in calls, emails, and WhatsApp follow-ups.
• Hands-on with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Mail (or similar systems).
• Target-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales KPIs.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients at once.

Compensation

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 INR/month (≈ SGD $480 – $720).
• Performance bonus: Attractive commissions for exceeding monthly revenue targets.
