Job Description

  • For roles focused on the marketplace, this involves on boarding new sellers and nurturing relationships with existing ones to grow their business on the platform.
  • Meet or exceed targets for online product/service sales or for the number of active and successful sellers.
  • Formulate online sales, marketing, and advertising strategies (e.g., SEO, paid ads like Amazon Sponsored Products) to drive traffic and increase conversions.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and advertising clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and outreach.
  • Report regularly on progress, pipeline, and performance

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of proven business development and networking experience.
  • Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Fluency in Punjabi/Hindi/English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently
