Job Description

For roles focused on the marketplace, this involves on boarding new sellers and nurturing relationships with existing ones to grow their business on the platform.
Meet or exceed targets for online product/service sales or for the number of active and successful sellers.
Formulate online sales, marketing, and advertising strategies (e.g., SEO, paid ads like Amazon Sponsored Products) to drive traffic and increase conversions.
Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and advertising clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and outreach.
Report regularly on progress, pipeline, and performance

Requirements:

4-5 years of proven business development and networking experience.
Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Fluency in Punjabi/Hindi/English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently
