Job Summary

Performance Marketing Specialist (IC-3)

mid-level delivery role

engine of execution


🔧 Responsibilities

  • Execute

    SEO tasks

    (keyword research, on-page optimization, content updates, technical checks)
  • Build and manage

    PPC campaigns

    in Google Ads (search, display, remarketing)
  • Support setup and optimization of

    Local Service Ads (LSAs)

    for client accounts
  • Track performance with

    GA4, Search Console, and ad dashboards

  • Provide

    weekly/monthly reporting

    on campaign KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions, ROI)
  • QA campaign setups, landing pages, and site optimizations for accuracy
  • Maintain

    SEO/PPC checklists and task trackers

    for repeatable execution
  • Escalate issues and insights to the Performance Marketing Lead (IC-6)
  • Stay current on

    search engine updates and ad platform changes

  • Requirements

    Must-Have

    • 2–3 years of experience in

      SEO and/or PPC execution

    • Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
    • Hands-on experience with

      Google Ads campaign setup and optimization

    • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for campaign tracking and reporting
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on

      accuracy and ROI-driven work

    Nice-to-Have

    • Experience with

      LSAs and local SEO optimization

    • Familiarity with

      paid social campaigns

      (Meta, LinkedIn Ads)
    • Exposure to

      AI-driven SEO/PPC tools

    • Agency or consulting experience managing multiple client accounts
