Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PPC Specialist located in Kolkata. The PPC Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click advertising campaigns. Daily tasks include keyword research, campaign creation, bid management, performance analysis, and reporting. The role also involves A/B testing, landing page optimization, and staying updated with industry trends and best practices to achieve desired results.

  1. Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
  2. Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement effective campaign strategies aligned with business goals.
  3. Manage and schedule

    client Meta (Facebook/Instagram) postings

    , ensuring alignment with campaign strategies and brand voice.
  4. Set up and manage Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Remarketing campaigns.
  5. Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively adjust bids, budgets, and targeting strategies.
  6. Optimize campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
  7. Set up, test, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and third-party platforms.
  8. Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and create detailed performance reports for stakeholders.
  9. Collaborate with design, content, and web teams to ensure messaging alignment between ads and landing pages.
  10. Develop and present campaign strategies, results, and recommendations directly to clients, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
  11. Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding PPC-related queries, performance updates, and campaign roadmaps.
  12. Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  13. Manage and mentor junior PPC specialists, providing training, feedback, and best practices.
  14. Lead client performance review meetings, providing clear insights, future plans, and demonstrating ROI.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor to help achieve their business objectives.
