KRA – Performance Marketer
Performance Marketing
1. Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads to maximize ROI, CTR, and conversions.
2. Conduct audience research, segmentation, and competitor analysis to refine paid marketing strategies.
3. Manage budget planning, forecasting, and allocation across channels.
4. Set up remarketing campaigns and full-funnel strategies to nurture leads and improve retention.
Tracking & Analytics
5. Ensure accurate tracking using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and event-based tracking.
6. Monitor and analyze data using Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Looker Studio dashboards.
7. Provide weekly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Team Collaboration & Optimization
8. Work closely with designers, copywriters, and developers for creatives and landing page improvements.
9. Implement landing page optimization (CRO) and A/B testing to increase conversion rates.
10. Align with sales, product, and content/SEO teams for integrated marketing success.
SEO & Growth
11. Lead and guide the SEO team to improve organic rankings, visibility, and traffic.
12. Stay updated with SEO trends, ad policies, and industry updates to ensure compliance and growth.
