Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale high-budget campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This role requires strong analytical skills, creative collaboration, and a results-driven mindset to drive ROI and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across PPC, social media, SEO, email, and traditional media.
• Own end-to-end campaign management, from strategy to performance analysis.
• Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing and data-driven optimizations to improve ROI and conversion rates.
• Manage budgets efficiently and ensure spend aligns with business goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.

Requirements:

• 5–6 years of performance marketing experience (agency background preferred).
• Proven track record managing large marketing budgets.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, Google Analytics, etc.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 per year
