1. Paid Media & Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on

  Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  and

  Google Ads

  (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
• Manage performance marketing funnels: acquisition, retargeting, and retention.
• Continuously track and optimize campaigns for

  ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversions

  .
• Run A/B testing across creatives, ad copies, and audience segments.

2. Omni-Channel Marketing Campaigns

• Design and execute

  WhatsApp Broadcast campaigns

  for retail stores and e-commerce.
• Lead

  email marketing campaigns

  including segmentation, automation flows, and performance reporting.
• Develop and implement

  push notification campaigns

  for the mobile app to improve engagement and repeat sales.

3. Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor KPIs across all channels and prepare performance dashboards.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign efficiency.
• Stay updated on latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and automation.

• 2–4 years of experience in

  performance marketing for e-commerce brands

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Meta Ads Manager

  and

  Google Ads

  .
• Familiarity with

  marketing automation tools

  (Klaviyo, MoEngage, WebEngage, etc.).
• Strong understanding of

  audience segmentation, customer journeys, and campaign attribution

  .
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with design, content, and retail teams.

• Experience in

  retail marketing activations

  .
• Knowledge of

  SEO, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing

  .
• Exposure to omni-channel retail/e-commerce business models.
