Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and more. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, is results-driven, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, identify trends, and implement actionable improvements.
• Analyze and report on campaign KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPL, and conversion rate.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to drive campaign performance.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and platform updates.
• Manage budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI.
• Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager) to report on results and drive insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in performance marketing or paid media.
• Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and attribution models.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
