Performance Marketing Specialist

Your responsibilities will include creating and executing strong digital media recommendations, developing and managing media plans, overseeing buys, analyzing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will design and document analytics tracking specifications for various digital channels, stay informed about Real Estate industry trends, and manage analytics implementation initiatives across teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the testing, QA, QC, and debugging of tracking pixels, ensuring digital media is tagged and trackable, and producing client-facing reports to identify areas for improvement. To excel in this role, you must possess the ability to manage a team, strong quantitative and analytical skills, and a solid understanding of mathematical concepts. You should have a knowledge and passion for all things Digital Media, including SEM, SEO, Display, and Analytics. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and advertising pixels is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for presenting ideas effectively. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
