The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction post-purchase, resolving queries efficiently, and maintaining long-term client relationships. This role requires someone who can take initiative, handle responsibilities independently, and manage daily customer service operations with a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and concerns post-sales via calls, emails, or chats. Provide product-related assistance and guide customers in using the services effectively. Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues quickly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Contribute to building customer loyalty and brand trust. Take ownership of tasks and deliver solutions independently with minimal supervision. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage tasks independently and think on your feet. Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in handling calls, emails, and CRM tools is an advantage. Immediate joiners will be given preference. Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
