Role Overview:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online patient leads, improving ROI, and ensuring consistent growth for OneSpine’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Drive patient acquisition, lead generation, and brand visibility through data-driven strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and competitive activities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management, highlighting performance and growth opportunities.
  • Implement retargeting, remarketing, and funnel optimization strategies to improve conversions.
  • Explore and test new performance marketing channels to scale patient outreach.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or consumer tech.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Analytics, and other performance tools.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
