Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
Develop, execute, and manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and major e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.
Budget & ROAS Optimization:
Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve or exceed Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) targets and maximize marketing ROI.
Performance Tracking & Analytics:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including Click-Through Rates (CTR), Conversion Rates (CVR), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and funnel performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, product, and e-commerce teams to align campaign messaging with business goals and drive user acquisition.
Innovation & Strategy: Stay current with digital marketing trends, new platforms, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and provide thought leadership.
Customer Journey & Funnel Management:
Enhance the customer journey and improve user experience to increase conversion rates, focusing on discovery, engagement, and conversions.
Skills & Qualifications
Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights for marketing decisions.
Platform Proficiency: Expertise in using major digital advertising platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Analytics Tools: Proficiency with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and GA4.
E-commerce & D2C Experience: Hands-on experience with e-commerce, D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands, or high-growth startups, especially in the consumer electronics sector.
Budget Management: Proven ability to manage significant advertising budgets efficiently.
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various internal and external teams.
