Medical Representative

Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Medical Representatives to promote and sell our range of nutraceutical products to doctors, healthcare professionals, and pharmacies. The role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and detail company nutraceutical products to doctors, dieticians, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
• Generate prescriptions and sales through effective product knowledge and convincing communication.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market coverage.
• Conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies for product promotion.
• Organize and participate in CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), promotional events, and awareness programs.
• Provide feedback to the management regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
• Maintain accurate records of daily calls, visits, and sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Continuously update knowledge on nutraceuticals, health supplements, and new product launches.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience as Medical Representative or in sales of pharmaceuticals/nutraceuticals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence prescribing behavior.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
