VAMA is India’s leading digital faith-tech platform, enabling seamless access to temple services, spiritual products, and rituals online. With a growing base of users and partner temples, VAMA is redefining how devotees connect with faith in the digital age. As we scale, we’re looking for a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid acquisition efforts across platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive user growth by planning, executing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns with budgets of ₹1 Cr+ per month.
  • Strategize and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant channels.
  • Leverage attribution tools like AppsFlyer or Adjust to track installs, measure ROAS, and optimize performance.
  • Build and test creatives and funnels tailored to devotional/spiritual user behavior and preferences.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics such as CPI, CAC, retention, and LTV to inform ongoing strategies.
  • Collaborate with content, product, and creative teams to develop culturally resonant campaigns aligned with festivals, rituals, and user intent.
  • Stay up to date on platform changes and emerging trends in performance marketing and devotional user behavior.



Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on mobile app user acquisition.
  • Proven success in scaling apps, preferably in the devotional, spiritual, or lifestyle categories.
  • Experience managing ₹1 Cr+ monthly marketing budgets.
  • Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar MMPs.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads with a track record of optimizing for installs and conversions.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign performance reporting and data-driven decision-making.
  • Passion or interest in devotional/spiritual content is a big plus.
