Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Paid Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and affiliate/partner networks to meet revenue and acquisition goals.

• Budget Management:

  Own the performance marketing budget and ensure efficient spend with strong ROAS.

• Performance Analytics:

  Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance daily/weekly/monthly using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel/Data Studio dashboards.

• Landing Page & Funnel Optimization:

  Collaborate with creative, tech, and product teams to improve landing page conversions (CRO) and reduce bounce rate and CPA.

• Creative Testing & Optimization:

  Drive a culture of rapid A/B testing with creatives, copies, targeting, and bidding strategies.

• D2C Growth Hacking:

  Identify new growth opportunities across channels, platforms, and customer segments (remarketing, lookalikes, retention).

• Retention Marketing (Optional/Plus):

  Oversee performance of email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns and marketing automation tools (e.g., WebEngage, MoEngage, Klaviyo).

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, or related field
• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for D2C brands
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital attribution models
• Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs: CAC, ROAS, LTV, CVR, CTR, CPM, Bounce Rate
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and marketing dashboards
• Experience in tools like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar D2C CMS is a plus
• Creative acumen with a knack for data interpretation and actionable insights
