Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve company targets. Drive sales of Siemens Automation products such as PLC, HMI, SCADA, Drives, and IoT solutions . Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Prepare proposals, conduct product presentations, and handle negotiations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business growth. Required Qualifications & Experience: 45 years of proven sales experience in the industrial automation sector. Must have experience working with Siemens System House companies. In-depth knowledge of SIEMENS automation products (PLC / HMI / SCADA / Drives / IoT). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation preferred). Preferred Attributes: Strong technical acumen in automation and control systems. Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines. Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
