Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description: Assistant Sales Manager Position Overview The Assistant Sales Manager – Direct Sales will support the Sales Manager in driving direct sales of golf carts. The role focuses on identifying prospects, converting leads, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with prior automobile industry experience will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Drive direct sales of golf carts by identifying, approaching, and converting potential customers. Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve assigned targets. Handle end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, and order closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers such as resorts, hotels, institutions, and commercial clients. Conduct product presentations, site visits, and customer meetings. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales documentation. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, after-sales) to ensure smooth order execution and delivery. Track enquiries, maintain sales records, and prepare periodic sales reports. Address customer queries and support issue resolution in coordination with relevant teams. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales; automobile industry experience preferred. Experience in selling golf carts, electric vehicles, or commercial vehicles will be an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up capabilities. Proficiency in MS Office Willingness to travel extensively for assigned territories. Valid driving license with practical car driving experience.
