Service Engineer

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing after-sales service, technical support, and maintenance of our vehicles across multiple states. This role demands frequent travel, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication with clients. Key Responsibilities: Carry out installation, maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of electric carts and related products. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance at client sites. Attend breakdown calls and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Provide training and guidance to operators/clients on product usage and upkeep. Prepare and submit service reports, feedback, and spare requirements to the head office. Coordinate with the support team for parts dispatch and technical escalations. Maintain professional relations with customers, ensuring prompt response and reliability. Candidate Requirements: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile Engineering (or relevant field). 1–3 years of field service experience preferred (freshers with strong technical aptitude may also apply). Hands-on knowledge of electric vehicles, automotive systems, or related equipment will be an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle customer requirements on-site. Travel Requirements: This is a field-intensive role. Frequent travel across Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, and Delhi NCR. Expected travel: 15–20 days per month (depending on service calls and installations).
