Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -P&M Implementing Construction Equipment Management strategies to optimize equipment utilization, minimize costs, and maximize sales values over the equipment lifecycle. Developed Standard Operating Procedures and Process Flow Procedures for P&E departments, along with business strategies to generate revenues from external markets. Selection of strategic Plant and equipment for the projects and its deployment Providing troubleshooting support for strategic equipment Reviewing and monitoring of Capital equipment expenditure (CAPEX) and operational expenditure for Plant and machinery Managing arrangements and movements of PMV and optimize logistic SAP Plant & Machinery (P&M) module, utilizing its functionalities for effective equipment management and resource allocation. Analyzed the operation and owning costs of equipment and plants to forecast budgets accurately Managing the warrenty claim of strategic equipments Developing competent vendors and its management. Providing training to the P&M team to develop their skill. Appointment of manpower for P&M Depts.
