Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven, analytical, and results-focused Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in managing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in campaign planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting, with a strong understanding of conversion-focused marketing and ROI-driven strategies aligned with Inkcast Innovations’ growth objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximise ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audiences.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Set up and manage tracking tools including Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and optimisation recommendations.
  • Research competitors, audience behaviour, and market trends to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Support lead-generation, website traffic, and conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and business goals.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media management.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Good understanding of tracking, analytics, and conversion optimisation.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into performance improvements.
  • Basic knowledge of landing page optimisation and funnel strategies.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
