You will be joining onexus, a fast-growing ITES company based in Nerul, Navi Mumbai as a Performance Marketing Manager. Your role involves the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns encompassing paid search, PMax, display, and social advertising strategies targeting both B2B and B2C businesses. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct thorough keyword analysis - Continually optimize PPC & Paid Social campaign components such as keyword strategy, ad copy, bid prices, audience optimization, etc. - Write compelling ad copy with a focus on driving conversions - Optimize existing PPC campaigns for new clients - Actively measure and execute A/B split testing for ad copy, landing pages, etc. - Compile monthly PPC reports for clients with personal comments and analysis of campaign performance - Recommend and consult clients and marketing team on creating new content or landing pages for higher campaign performance - Set up Conversion Tracking & Retargeting Pixels - Conduct in-depth competitive analysis within clients' locations and industries - Stay updated on the latest trends in PPC advertising - Experience with Programmatic Advertising considered a plus **Qualifications Required:** - Self-Starter with a self-motivated work ethic - Critical and forward thinker - Minimum of 1 year of hands-on Paid Media experience - Google Ads Certified - Google Analytics Certified - Excellent written and verbal communications skills - Strong creative writing skills - Proficiency in Google Docs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Highly organized and adept at multitasking - Ability to handle several tasks/projects simultaneously You will be working in a safe, fun-loving, and comfortable environment with ongoing opportunities and incentives for learning, development, and growth. **Note:** In-person work location in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. *Job Type: Full-time* *Week Offs: Saturday and Sunday* **Benefits:** - Health insurance **Schedule:** - Day shift - Fixed shift - Monday to Friday **Experience:** - Performance marketing: 1 year (Required) You will be joining onexus, a fast-growing ITES company based in Nerul, Navi Mumbai as a Performance Marketing Manager.
