We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager (Onsite – Indore )

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid marketing initiatives across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing ROI, and scaling campaigns through data insights, creative testing, and strategic execution.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.

• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, and conversions while reducing acquisition costs.

• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.

• Analyze campaign performance data and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams on creatives and landing pages.

• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and platform updates.

• Manage budgets efficiently and identify scaling opportunities.

🔹 Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing (D2C/ B2B / Fashion / Lifestyle /Jewellery brands preferred).

• Proven track record of running successful campaigns across multiple digital channels.

🔹 Functional Competencies:

• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Data Studio, conversion tracking, and marketing automation.

• Advanced analytical and optimization skills.

We prefer candidates currently based in Indore with consultancy experience; however, we are open to profiles from diverse industries who have managed large budgets and demonstrated strong leadership and team management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will possess a strong marketing background, with excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
