Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage budgets, forecast performance, and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and target KPIs.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other Martech platforms to track and report user behavior.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and new advertising opportunities.
• Drive lead generation and conversion strategies aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising roles.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns with high ROI.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, GTM, and Excel.
• Experience working with B2B tech or SaaS products is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
