Tailorworks Company is a luxury bespoke fashion house, formerly known as Darzi On Call. Since 2015, we have specialized in premium and luxury fashion for discerning clients across India and globally. As we scale, we are looking for a top-notch performance marketing leader who can drive measurable growth, elevate our digital presence, and strengthen our positioning in the luxury market.


Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Head of Performance Marketing with proven experience in generating business for luxury brands. The candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and search/display platforms to deliver strong ROI and consistent lead generation.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the performance marketing strategy to drive sales and leads for luxury fashion products and services.

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Display/Programmatic networks.

• Create innovative and data-driven campaigns that resonate with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and global clientele.

• Manage and optimize ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and funnel performance.

• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to deliver high-impact ad creatives and landing pages.

• Stay ahead of market trends and leverage A/B testing, remarketing, audience segmentation, and personalization to improve results.

• Drive SEO & SEM alignment for holistic growth.

• Guide and mentor a small team while also working hands-on with campaign management.


Requirements

• 5–8 years of performance marketing experience, with at least 3 years in luxury / premium goods or services.

• Proven track record of running high-budget campaigns with strong ROI.

• Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

• Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and ability to craft tailored campaigns for affluent audiences.

• Solid knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio) and conversion tracking.

• Excellent analytical skills, creativity, and business acumen.

• Ability to work independently and also collaborate across teams.

• Based in Delhi NCR (preferred).
