HR INTERN JOB DESCRIPTION Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, with a primary focus on recruitment. The ideal candidate will assist in streamlining our hiring processes, support employee engagement initiatives, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our HR operations. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across multiple platforms. Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Participate in initial interview rounds and provide feedback. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information. Onboarding & Offboarding Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate orientation sessions for new hires. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately. Assist in the offboarding process, including exit interviews and clearance procedures. HR Operations & Administration Maintain and update employee records in the HR database. Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance data. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits. Employee Engagement & Development Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events. Assist in planning and executing training and development programs. Conduct surveys to gather employee feedback and suggest improvements. Compliance & Reporting Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies. Prepare HR reports and presentations as required. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
