At Nethority we are looking for Performance Marketing Manager who is Providing brands with a comprehensive suite of services, including proprietary AdTech backed PPC, creative production, digital marketing expertise.


We help our clients grow into world leaders by combining our unique approach to PPC with a focus on brand development, funnel optimization, and ad creative. We are on the lookout for a dedicated Performance Marketing Manager to join our PPC team.


We are seeking a quantitative problem solver whose curiosity is only matched by charismatic leadership skills.


Strategy Development:

Develop comprehensive PPC strategies aligned with client objectives and industry trends.

Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to optimize campaign performance.


Team Management:

Lead a team of PPC executives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources and expertise within the team.


Campaign Management:

Oversee the execution of PPC campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.

Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly to meet client KPIs.


Budget Management:

Manage large advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to client budget allocations.

Allocate budgets strategically across campaigns and channels to optimize results.


Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for big-budget clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Regularly communicate campaign performance updates, insights, and recommendations to clients, demonstrating value and driving retention.


Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Generate detailed performance reports, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable insights.

Present findings to clients in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.


Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

Stay abreast of industry developments, new technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.

Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within PPC campaigns.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) preferred.

Proven experience 5 years in performance marketing, with a focus on PPC campaign management and optimization.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships and lead a team.

Demonstrated ability to handle large advertising budgets and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
