Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• ?????Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  

• ?????Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
  

• ?????Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify insights and optimization opportunities.
  

• ?????Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  

• ?????Collaborate with the creative team for engaging ad visuals and messaging.
  

• ?????Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  

• ?????Provide detailed campaign performance reports to clients and internal teams.
  

• ?????Manage budgets, bid strategies, and campaign spends efficiently.
  

• ?????Optimize KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ?????Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
  

• ?????Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  

• ?????Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  

• ?????Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  

• ?????Solid understanding of digital marketing principles (PPC, SEO, SEM).
  

• ?????Strong communication and presentation skills.
  

• ?????Google Ads / Meta Blueprint Certifications preferred.
