About FreshLuxe: FreshLuxe is a premium yet affordable Indian D2C personal-care brand that blends Ayurveda with Modern Science, offering sensorial and effective skincare and haircare solutions. We are rapidly expanding across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and our own D2C site, and are looking for a data-driven marketer to scale our performance campaigns profitably. Role Overview: We are seeking an analytical and creative E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid campaigns across marketplaces and digital channels. The goal is to drive traffic, conversions, and maximize ROAS while maintaining brand consistency and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan, execute, and optimize paid performance campaigns across Amazon Ads, Myntra Ads, Flipkart Ads and other e-commerce platforms. Develop keyword strategies, ad copies, and audience targeting for maximum reach and conversion. Continuously test creatives, ad formats, and landing pages to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS. Manage daily budgets, pacing, and bids to ensure optimal delivery and efficiency. 2. Analytics & Performance Tracking Monitor campaign metrics such as CPC, CTR, ACoS, ROAS, CPA, and CPM, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. Build and maintain weekly and monthly performance dashboards. Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audiences. Work with tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager for insights and attribution. 3. Marketplace Advertising (Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra/Nykaa) Manage sponsored ads, deals, coupons, and display ads on marketplaces. Optimize product titles, keywords, and creatives in sync with ad performance. Coordinate with the marketplace teams to plan campaigns during sale events (Big Billion Days, Prime Day, etc.). 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the Design team to create impactful ad creatives. Collaborate with the E-commerce Manager for pricing, offers, and product availability. Partner with the Content team to align messaging and brand tone across campaigns. 5. Budget Management & Forecasting Own monthly ad spends and report ROI performance to leadership. Recommend scalable campaign strategies based on ROI trends and product performance. Track competitor ad strategies and market trends to identify new opportunities. Key Skills & Qualifications: 1-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / E-commerce Advertising. Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads. Proficiency in data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio). Understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and remarketing funnels. Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate numbers into insights. Experience in beauty, skincare, or D2C brands is a strong plus.
