Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid media channels. - Manage budget allocations efficiently to maximize return on investment for all paid campaigns. - Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights for continuous improvements. - Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies. - Collaborate closely with content, design, and product teams to maintain brand consistency and alignment. - Track, report, and analyze website analytics along with PPC initiatives and campaigns. - Stay updated with industry trends and explore emerging digital marketing tools and platforms. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - 3-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising. - Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale paid ad campaigns with a focus on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). - Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant ad platforms. - Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the agriculture or FMCG sector would be a plus. - Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is preferred.
