Job Description

About the Role:
We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across paid channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Develop strategies to maximize ROAS, CAC efficiency, and conversion rates.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop impactful ad creatives and landing pages.
Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
Manage marketing budgets and forecast performance outcomes.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
Proven track record managing large-scale paid media campaigns.
Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, etc.).
Proficiency in ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Noida Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

Master's (Preferred)
