Fitelo is a fast-paced Indian D2C Health-tech startup looking to hire senior talent. It is an AI-powered online platform for weight loss and chronic disease management. Founded with a vision to help customers take the healthier route by eating right, staying active, and building sustainable habits, Fitelo has grown exponentially with strong unit economics and is now expanding its team across multiple roles.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in scaling App and Web performance campaigns for fast-growing D2C health and wellness brands such as Plix, Oziva, Kapiva, HealthifyMe, or Wellbeing Nutrition. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in running and optimizing App Campaigns (Google UAC and Meta App Ads) along with Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own end-to-end performance strategy, analytics, and optimization to drive installs, activations, and revenue growth across web and app platforms.

Specifically, this role will involve:

  • Drive and scale App Campaigns (Google UAC and Meta App Ads) — focusing on installs, activations, and in-app conversions.
  • Plan and execute high-ROAS campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and App Campaigns).
  • Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for accurate event tracking and conversion action setup.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize conversion tracking, event mapping, and attribution using GA4, AppsFlyer, Firebase, and MoEngage.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Partner with creative and product teams to develop and test high-converting ad creatives and user journeys.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel analysis to enhance performance.
  • Monitor competitor strategies and identify new growth opportunities across digital channels.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing for D2C health & wellness brands (must-have).
  • Mandatory hands-on experience in running and scaling App Campaigns on Google UAC and Meta App Ads.
  • Proven success in managing and optimizing Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns.
  • Strong expertise with Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, AppsFlyer, Firebase, and MoEngage.
  • Analytical mindset with strong skills in Excel/Sheets and campaign data analysis.
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and app attribution models.
  • Ability to take ownership, build scalable systems, and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹62,000.00 per month
