Job Description

Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Mohali (Onsite)
Experience: 3+ Years

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Manage paid media budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
Collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in digital marketing.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
Proven ability to manage and optimize budgets effectively.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and reporting abilities.
