Job Title: Java Software Engineer Experience Required: 2+ Years Location: Mohali Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Java Software Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and related technologies, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Java-based applications in accordance with project requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business and technical requirements. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices. Implement and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience in Java development. Strong knowledge of Core Java and OOP concepts. Experience with J2EE components such as Servlets, JSP, and JDBC. Proficiency in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, MVC, Security). Familiarity with Hibernate or JPA for ORM. Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. Experience with tools such as Git, Maven/Gradle, and any CI/CD tools. Good understanding of relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile environment. Nice-to-Have Skills: Knowledge of Microservices architecture. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG. Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployment.
