Job Title: HR Executive (Fresher) Location: Mohali Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to start a career in HR and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and more. Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling Support onboarding and offboarding processes Help maintain and update employee records and databases Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events Assist in payroll processing and attendance tracking Support HR compliance and documentation Draft HR letters (offer, confirmation, relieving, etc.) Address employee queries and support general HR operations Work closely with the HR team on various HR initiatives and tasks Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws is a plus Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Willingness to learn and grow within the HR function Strong organizational skills and attention to detail What We Offer: Training and mentoring by experienced HR professionals Exposure to all core HR functions Positive and collaborative work environment Career development opportunities Competitive stipend/salary (if applicable) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: HR: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Mohali, Punjab (Preferred) Work Location: In person
